This course requires 72 UCAS points.
The FdSc programme requires 72 UCAS points. You’ll also need GCSEs at grade 4/C or above in English Language and Mathematics, or an equivalent, such as Functional/Key skills Level 2 in numeracy and literacy.
The BSc (Hons) top-up requires successful completion of the Foundation Degree in Historic Building Conservation.
This course does not require an interview, entrance test, audition or portfolio.
English language requirement for this course: Non-native English speakers must have an Academic IELTS of 6.0, with no element below 5.5.
Applicants who do not meet the English language requirements could be eligible to join our pre-sessional English language course.
Applicants from a recognised majority English speaking country (MESCs) do not need to meet these requirements.

We use the UCAS Tariff point system for our course entry requirements. You’ll need 72 to apply for this course. You can achieve that with various different qualifications.
Here are some examples of how you can achieve the minimum of 72 UCAS points:
- A-Level: Grades DDD or BC
- T Level: Pass (D or E on the core)
- AS Level: Grades AABB
