About
Trish has a far-reaching career in learning disability nursing and is lead Learning Disability Nursing at Kingston University. Having practiced as a Community Nurse working with people with learning disabilities, Trish moved into nurse education and has successfully led the pre-registration Learning Disability nursing programme for many years, seeing alumni grow, flourish and create change at all levels. Trish is a strategic person, having a national profile. Trish has also led NMC practice education programmes, has extensive experience in curriculum design, delivery and evaluation and is passionate about developing and educating the health and social care workforce to make a real difference in the lives of people with a learning disability.
