The Information Centre is the single point of contact for all student support services, by phone, online chat, logging calls or visiting any of the four campus libraries. The Centre can help with library and course support queries and give general advice on money, wellbeing support, accommodation, visa issues, disability support, student funding and many other aspects of student life. If the Centre cannot help, it will refer you to the right person.
Your health and wellbeing means everything to us. Our team provides confidential, flexible services, such as one-to-one counselling and online support and self-help. It is available for booked appointments or drop-in sessions.
We also have an on-campus NHS doctors surgery at Penrhyn Road, available to all students. Our NHS surgery offers a range of wellbeing services and low-cost complementary therapies including: aromatherapy, massage therapy, osteopathy, reflexology and sports massage.
We love that our students come from many different backgrounds, cultures and faiths. We have a variety of faith-based student societies you can join and multi-faith prayer spaces for you to use on campus. Our dedicated faith and spirituality team offers support, whatever your beliefs, and can help you find places to worship in the University and in the local community.
Our intranet for students, contains a wide range of useful information about life at the University. It contains the latest Kingston news, information about your faculty, your timetable, the Library, Union of Kingston Students, accommodation and a range of resources and support services.
If you need any advice on academic issues during your studies, our students' union and its team of professional advisers offer free, independent support to our students.
Our visa advisers are here to help our international students with matters relating to their student visas, working in the UK before and after their studies, visa advice on travelling abroad, living in the UK and understanding cultural differences.
