More Energy Kingston

More Energy Kingston is now up and running at Kingston University's Penrhyn Road campus and is welcoming student, staff and public members.

After undergoing a refurbishment and change of management, Energy Fitness Professionals have transformed the Fitness Centre into a bright and inviting environment for members and non-members to take advantage of.

More Energy Kingston is situated at the Fassett Road entrance at the rear of the Penrhyn road campus. Situated over two floors, the Fitness Centre offer a whole floor designated to cardio, a toning zone, resistance machine area, a free weights zone and a spacious mirrored studio which is fitted with punch bags. There are also changing and shower facilities as well as secure lockers which are available for use whilst on the premises.

We are open seven days a week and offer a wide variety of classes and fitness services on a daily basis. • Monday to Thursday: 7.00am–10.00pm
  
• Fridays: 7.00am–8.00pm
