About
I attained my BPharm Honours degree from The School of Pharmacy, University of London. I have worked within community, hospital, and primary pharmacy. I moved into academia in 2005, when I was employed as a teaching consultant at The School of Pharmacy, University of London (now known as UCL). In 2006, I joined Kingston University Pharmacy Practice department.
My postgraduate qualifications include a diploma in Primary Care and Community Pharmacy from King's College, London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education. In 2012 I successfully secured a research development award from Pharmacy Research UK and obtained a MRes in Health and Social Care at Kings' College, London. In 2017 I was then subsequently awarded an ESRC London Interdisciplinary Social Science Doctoral Training Partnership (LISS DTP) Collaborative Doctoral Studentship at Kings' College, London. My PhD has explored the treatment burden that older people living with frailty and their carers experience with their medication-related care within integrated care services.
