About
I studied Psychology and Sociology at Deree College, The American College of Greece. I received my MSc in Business Psychology from the University of Westminster and my PhD in Exercise and Mental Health from the University of Bristol. Before joining Kingston University, I conducted research at Cass Business School, City University London, St Georges University of London and the University of Bristol.
I am a British Psychological Society Chartered Psychologist, Associate Fellow and a member of the following divisions: Occupational Psychology, Health Psychology and the Psychology of Sexualities section.
I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor with MHFA England.
