Our industry-standard laboratories and equipment provide opportunities to put theory into practice, and gain valuable experience using the tools you'll find in the workplace – as well as some more unique equipment too.

Foundation years in science, engineering and computing

Aerospace and aircraft engineering
Our degrees offer excellent links with the industry. We specialise in a variety of areas including aircraft, aerospace, aviation and astronautics and space technology.
Biology and forensic science
Our courses are accredited by the Chartered Society of Forensic Scientists (CSFC) or the Royal Society of Biology (RSB).
Biochemistry and biomedical science
Our biochemistry and biomedical science degrees cover a huge range of topics, such as cancer screening, chemotherapy and the control of infections.
