On the LLB (Hons) Law and Criminal Justice course you'll study the foundations of legal knowledge required as part of the training for the Bar. You will also critically engage with the legal system itself and develop an understanding of the principles underpinning crime control; as well as the practice of law and the implementation of criminal justice in real world situations.
If you're interested in the study of crime, its control and consequences, a career in criminology could be for you. It combines the study of politics, law, psychology, society and culture to understand processes of criminalisation, practices of crime control and prevention.
