I began my career as a strategic marketer and consultant spending over 20 years working for award winning independent and global marketing agencies consulting and developing campaigns for well-known Blue Chip businesses such as Unilever and PepsiCo. I also experienced in house marketing roles at Sony Pictures UK and Nokia UK. As I attained board level leadership, my career took me in a new direction with a focus on people and organisational development blended with business strategy. It was at this point my passion for learning and teaching came to the forefront.
I moved into academia at Kingston in 2016 as an industry practitioner lecturer, originally joining as part of the business readiness teaching team supporting students on the development of employability skills. My role has expanded over the years and I am currently Course Leader for 'BSc (Hons) Business Management' and module leader for both the ‘Professional Development' on the MSc in Global Human Resource Management and the ‘Careers and Leadership Journey' on the MBA and Executive MBA. I also teach within MSc Occupational & Business Pyschology programmme and BSc Business Management Organisational Behaviour module.
