About

I am an experienced registered pharmacist having worked within the hospital, community, primary care and academic sectors.  I teach pharmacy practice and clinical skills across all years of the MPharm course as well as teaching on the foundation year foundation degree courses. I have an interest in teaching physical assessment and consultation skills and run simulation sessions for students involving actors. I am also involved in the inter-professional learning sessions with students from other health care disciplines. As the pharmacy placement lead, I am responsible for developing the pharmacy placement program across a range of pharmacy settings in order to enrich the undergraduate learning of our students. My research interests include developing new services within the primary care setting with the aim of improving health education and wellbeing of patients and the public.
