I have a particular interest in service improvement with a particular focus on patient-centred care, developing nurse-patient therapeutic relationships and evidence-based practice.

From Sept 2022 I took up the role of Co-Lead/Year 2 Lead MSc Nursing Programme, since then I have set up a pilot reflective practice group for year1 mental health students, to help students to develop their reflective skills and to offer a space for student to share their experience of their first practice placement.
