Dr Jess Prior

About

My research manly focuses on children and adolescents who look different and feel different, and I have a long standing research interest in the psychology of appearance.  I have published papers in a variety of different appearance related fields, including visible differences of the face, attitudes to face transplants, living with facial acne in emerging adulthood, and coping as a family construct when a child has a visible difference.
