I completed my BSc (Physics Honors) and MSc (Nuclear Physics specialization) from the University of Calcutta, Calcutta (Kolkata), India. I gained my PhD from University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. My research topics involved String Theory and Quantum Statistical Mechanics.

Teaching and learning

I presently teach Study Skills as a Foundation Lecturer. I used to teach Physics and mathematics to Science and Engineering Foundation students.

  • I have a PhD in Physics. I am proficient in generating learning materials, particularly for experiments by students, using modern technology such as mobile phones and tablets.
