Reading, reading and yet more reading seldom leads to full information retention in the run-up to exams. Our Study Skills workshop will get your students to take a step back from their revision and look at the fundamentals of how their human brains work in relation to memory from a scientific perspective.
Made with input from psychology experts, we will examine a handful of theories surrounding memory and, through a showcase of engaging activities and practical examples, show how, for most people, our brains are better suited to encoding and recalling information in different formats.
Following our workshop, your students should be in a position to use this newly-found knowledge and understanding to enhance their own studies and revision.
