Biography

Following a career in publishing and marketing/communications, I have returned to the world of academic study, first with the MA in Creative Writing at MMU and now with PhD research at Kingston University. My research interests span the fields of creative writing, psychoanalysis and the social sciences, with a particular focus on trauma fiction. I am currently researching Complexity Theory and its potential for the craft of writing the trauma novel.
