This doctoral research project aims to better understand the processes, events, antecedents and consequences of work-family conflict, among families which have one or more members who telecommute. This project will use a qualitative research approach.
For the last two decades, I have been an academic in Higher Education, having taught courses related to MBA, BA and HND (Higher National Diploma) in India and the UK. Besides a Master's degree in Business and Management from Goa University, India, I have a degree in Higher Education from King's College London. I am also a Fellow of The Higher Education Academy, UK (FHEA). Prior to joining the academia, I have worked in the Industry (in India), as Sales and Marketing staff. In terms of hobbies and leisure interests, I love to read all types of books (preferably non-fiction), occasionally blog, love playing chess, am the author of a non-academic book and enjoy long walks.
