Research project: Female Entrepreneurship in Malaysia: Experiences and Definition of Success
Abstract
The aim of this research is to analyse the experiences of female entrepreneurs in Malaysia and their definition of success. The researcher examine the specific factors that motivate female entrepreneurs involved in business and analyse their definition of success. This research also identifies if the definition of success and motivational factors differs among women entrepreneurs in Malaysia and existing literatures.

Biography
I was born in Malaysia and have lived in London since 2012. I graduated from Cardiff University, United Kingdom in 2013 with an MBA, hold a Master of Research (MRes) in Business and Management from Kingston University London and am currently a PhD student at Kingston University, London.
I am a member of the Institute of Consulting in London and have a professional certificate of Business Consulting from the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).
My strong background in business education allow me to hold these positions; Managing Director (Asia Pacific) Chalfouh, USA; Chief Operating Officer (COO) for DRS Medical Group, The Founder, Norish Kareem Couture, Norish Kareem Cosmetics and Norish Kareem London Ltd. In addition, Managing Director of NK Empire Sdn Bhd, Malaysia.
