Abstract

Life satisfaction comprises of career, family, job, financial stability etc. career dream is a factor that is both for singles and married. The study is based on the many challenges career women face at their workplaces, how they affect them, the impacts on their families. The research aims to explore the difficulties faced by married women working within the Federal Ministry of Communication and Digital Economy.

Biography

I am Human Resources Management consultant with more than 10 years experience managing different HR portfolio. I have sound experience in both private and public sectors. I had my undergraduate degree in Economics Education from the Usman Danfodio University Nigeria, then proceeded for my postgraduate degree in  Human Resources Management at Kingston University.  Also, I had PGD in Strategic Management at Stratford Academy. 

I am member of Charted Institute of Personnel Development and Nigerian Institute of Management.

My research focuses include: work-life balance, Staff stress management, Outsourcing on organisations  and Staff turnout and retention.
