A qualitative investigation into British Millennials involved in international missions, looking at how they navigate different narratives in the development of their own identity.
After completing my undergraduate degree in Romanian and German, I lived for many years in Romania teaching English as a foreign language and working with churches and youth groups. I became involved in supporting Romania's first missionary sending organisations in the area of Member Care. This led to my becoming a founder member of the Central and East European Association for Mission Studies and joining the board of Member Care Europe. It was here that I became aware of mission leaders' difficulties in understanding the Millennial generation.
