Research project: Investigating The Angiogenic Properties Of Histamine On Colorectal Cancer Via H2 Receptor Activation

Abstract

Exploring the abilities of histamine on promotion of angiogenesis in established HUVEC and CACO2 cell vasculature and whether these effects are signalled through the Histamine 2 Receptor (H2R) via H2R antagonism and VEGF quantification.
