Biography
Prior to commencing my PhD, I had several years working in both academia and industry. In my earlier full time career I worked in Saudi electricity company in which I was promoted later to be the head of health unit and successfully implemented new insurance policy for 4500 employees. In 2007 I started MENASTONE Company in the Polyurethane manufacturing panels covering the MENA region and exporting to US market. I later joined the academia in the King Khalid University and involved in the design of an MBA degree as well as teaching several modules like strategic management, marketing, organisational behaviour, and supply chain management. Alongside, I entered the consultancy industry and worked for UK and Saudi based companies and later a co-founder of Smekits management consultancy.
I am a permanent member of AMBA and member of education committee in Abha chamber of commerce.
