For courses that select on application alone, applicants should normally receive an initial decision or a request for more information within four to six weeks of receipt of their application. Our admissions team will notify you of the decision by email.
You will need to accept your offer for a postgraduate programme through the University's Online Student Information System (OSIS). Alternatively, some PGCE courses require a formal reply to the University through UCAS.
Further instructions will be provided in your offer email.
If you have a conditional offer please send us your results as soon as you can. You can upload copies of your results through the Online Student Information System (OSIS). Once we have checked that you have met the conditions of your offer, you will receive an unconditional offer.
If you are an international student paying overseas fees you need to pay a £5,000 deposit before requesting your CAS (if applicable).
If you are a UK student resident in England and are aged under the age of 60, you will be able to apply for a loan to study for a postgraduate master's degree. Taught and research-based courses in any subject are eligible, excluding postgraduate certificates (PgCert) or postgraduate diplomas (PgDip).
Funding is available for both full-time and part-time study. The loan will be paid directly to you and will be non-means tested. It can be used towards the fees for your course or you can spend it on living costs.
Eligible doctoral research students can also borrow funds to help with course fees and living costs
