As social workers, we often work within a context of trauma and the impact of this on people with lived experience (and ourselves as professionals). You will explore the key elements of trauma-informed practice, considering its impact. Reflections from people with lived experience are included, to help you develop understanding of this key area of practice. You will have an opportunity to ask course tutors questions about the course and placements.
