New for 2018 - Business of Football, in partnership with Fulham Football Club, the oldest professional football club in London.
Would you like to use your passion for football to learn about the business of sport? We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new and exciting summer school - "Business of Football".
Running from Sunday 22 July 2018 until Sunday 5 August 2018, this is a unique opportunity to learn more about career opportunities in the football industry (and sports industry more generally) and in related businesses and organisations, whilst also enjoying practical coaching sessions at the training ground of Fulham Football Club.
You don't need to be a footballing expert to join our programme, all we're asking for is a willingness to participate in the practical sessions and a genuine interest and passion about working in the football or sporting world. You could be interested in anything from sports journalism or sports finance to events management or retail and merchandising. You will learn about the many different career opportunities that exist off the pitch.
By the end of this intensive two-week course, you will have a good understanding of the career opportunities that exist in the football and sporting industries and what the various job roles involve on a day-to-day basis as well as have gained practical insights into the workings of a professional football club.
As well as having an exclusive behind the scenes tour of Craven Cottage, Fulham Football Club's home ground, we will also take you to other iconic sporting venues, such as the Olympic Park, home of the 2012 Olympic Games, and the All England Lawn Tennis Club, home to the Wimbledon Championships.
At the end of the course you will receive a Certificate of Completion from Kingston University, as well as a branded Fulham Football club kit.
We're sure you won't want to miss out on this fantastic opportunity so please register now to avoid disappointment. This is sure to be a popular programme!
