Kingston's Fashion BA(Hons) students dazzled the industry elite during London's Graduate Fashion Week with an array of collections demonstrating the style, innovation and quality that has long been the University's trademark.
As the industry accolades poured in following the show, talented third year Lucinda Popp was named runner-up for both the Stuart Peters' visionary knitwear trophy and the 2013 Karen Millen portfolio award. Creative course mate Sadie Clayton also made a real impression on the judging panel, clinching the runner-up spot in the fashion innovation category.
Hot on the heels of the show success, a poll in leading specialist news site Fashionista ranked Kingston fourth in its list of the 50 best fashion schools in the world. It highlighted the fact that Kingston graduates have gone on to hold senior posts at some of the biggest names in the business, including Benetton, Banana Republic, Abercrombie and Fitch, Calvin Klein, Diesel, Donna Karan, Gap, Givenchy, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Max Mara, Paul Smith and Ralph Lauren.
The images below are a selection of the work that caught the eye of industry experts at the Kingston University show, which was one of the highlights of the Graduate Fashion Week calendar.
