KidVenture is a new EU-funded project which aims to increase the entrepreneurial culture of children aged 6-10 years through gaming and digital technology.
We are leading a consortium of partners across Europe to research and disseminate findings around the development of the digital competencies of young entrepreneurs.
The objectives meet the European Commission's priority of addressing underachievement in the basic skills of maths and science through innovative teaching methods.
KidVenture is funded by Erasmus+, an EU programme which works to strengthen education, training, youth and sport in Europe. Erasmus+ is managed in the UK by the UK National Agency, which is a partnership between the British Council and Ecorys UK. Kingston Business School has been awarded €333,496 in funding to lead the KidVenture project over three years.
