How to apply: undergraduate students

The information below will help you find the right course and guide you through the application process.

Making your application

The first steps are to:

  • carefully research your choice of course;
  • check the entry requirements;
  • contact one of our in-country representatives if you need some help; and
  • make your application (usually through UCAS). Kingston University will accept undergraduate applications from international students through UCAS for September entry until June. (However, we recommend you apply well before this deadline). After this, all applications must be made through Clearing.

After you have applied

You probably have lots of questions about what happens after you have applied as well:

If it doesn't go as planned

Sometimes exams and applications don't go as planned. If you don't get the exam results or offers that you're expecting, you can apply to university via Clearing. Visit the UCAS website for more information about Clearing.

Academic references

Information for anyone writing an academic reference for a student's UCAS application can be found at the UCAS adviser guide.
