From building your emotional intelligence, building powerful networks and allies, to carving time for reflection and goal setting – you'll hear how Osca has shaped his career and the careers of many others.
Osca St Marthe (Computer Information Systems Design, 1999) is the Executive Vice President, Global Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Partner Enablement at SonicWall. He has lived in the UK and US, led over two hundred Pre-Sales engineers and enablement teams. With over 20 years of experience, Osca has mentored high-performing teams. He built the global Cafe Tech series, generating $40 million annually, and set up a global partner technical advisory council of 120 leaders. At McAfee/Intel Security, he turned around a declining business unit, leading a $20 million win-back program. As an advocate for women in cybersecurity, Osca earned the Inclusive CRN Leader Award 2023.
