This workshop will explore the issue of Truth about Corporate Vision and Mission, as well as business challenges and key factors which impact the performance of management teams. It will also analyse the importance of 'clarity' & 'accountability' for management and employee performance, along with its connection with business profitability.

The workshop is organised and co-ordinated by Dr Evangelia Fragouli (Director of the GHRM course) and the guest speaker will be Donald Cooper.

Donald Cooper (Toronto, Canada), is an HRM business consultant, researcher and university speaker with international consultancy experience in the field of HRM & OD. He served 18 years as CEO of the Cooper Com and has received seven awards by The Retail Council of Canada as an outstanding innovative management retailer. For the past 20 years, he has served as a management consultant & business coach. Donald has worked with clients in over 40 industries throughout the world helping them to refocus and reinvent their business.
