Upgrade Masterclass: Food Matters

Join Kingston University's super food panel Genesis Ali aka the Nutri Guy, Co-Founder of Green & Black's Craig Sams, Public Health Nutritionist Amina Taki and Associate Professor in Nutrition Hilda Mulrooney to explore how public policy, diet and nutrition trends, and individual choices impact health and wellbeing.

Whether it's keto, vegan, ultra-processed, organic or Fairtrade, what we eat matters and has an impact on us as individuals and the wider world. Our panel will discuss what has been driving changes in our eating habits, the impact of public health policies, and how to make good choices for our individual health, budget and lifestyle.

You'll also have the chance to get top nutrition tips to help with interview nerves, working night shifts, boosting your mood and more!
