Upgrade Masterclass: Compassion and Self-Care in Caring Professions

How do you balance caring for others and your own wellbeing? Join our panel of Kingston University academic and alumni experts for a discussion about the experiences and challenges of working in caring professions such as health care, social care and education.

The panel will explore how the Covid pandemic has impacted expectations toward compassion and self-care, and provide insights from their own experiences to help you at work and at home.

This online Upgrade Masterclass is open to all Kingston University alumni, students and staff, and valuable to those working in caring professions or who want to develop their understanding of these careers.
