To coincide with the launch of new NIHR payments guidance for Patient & Public Involvement & Engagement (PPIE), the Centre for Public Engagement (CPE), in collaboration with the NIHR ARC South London, Patient & Public Involvement Research Theme is hosting a Webinar to take place on:

The NIHR Centre for Engagement & Dissemination (CED) payment guidance for Patient & Public Involvement & Engagement (PPIE): a 2021 update
The NIHR is relaunching its guidance on payment for public involvement early April. Silvia Bortoli, Senior Public Involvement Manager at the NIHR Centre for Engagement and Dissemination, will talk through the process undertaken to develop the new guidance, and outline key points and take-home messages. Topics include: developing a payment policy, budgeting for involvement, and tax and employment status.
