The Big Read Book Club - Week 7: Fit for purpose: Be physically and mentally ready for whatever your job throws at you

This summer Kingston University wants to keep the Kingston community connected, from new students to alumni and everyone in between. We will be hosting our first-ever series of virtual Book Club meetings, centred around the 2020 Big Read Airhead, written by Newsnight host Emily Maitlis. You'll get to see the chapters of Airhead through the eyes of KU experts in weekly virtual talks from 8 July to 16 September 2020 - a chance you won't want to miss.

The seventh Big Read Book Club talk will be focusing on the chapter titled Moody takes the train (p.358).

Join us this week for a discussion with three members of Kingston's Student Wellbeing team. Our three speakers will be discussing tips for physical and mental health and preparedness, and the effect these measures can have on every aspect of your life: education, personal and professional.

Please note, booking closes at 3pm the day before the event.

Booking is essential to attend this event.
