This installment of the Upgrade masterclasses welcomes Bede Feltham, founder of the Marketing Hybrid Networking Group shares his advice and approach to delivering an effective integrated sales and marketing strategy.

After passionately following a hybrid career path for more than 20 years in the technology, media and telecommunications sector, Bede now specialises in developing businesses, with a focus on sales and marketing strategy. He has worked client and agency-side, as a consultant, in business starts-ups at chief experience officer (CxO) level and currently holds the following positions:

• Business development, WAMO – mobile, brand engagement
• Investor and business development, Ensygnia Onescan – mobile, ID, payments and loyalty
• Business development Marketing Hybrid – digital consultancy
• Associate, QZ Marketing – technical marketing

Bede founded the Marketing Hybrid Networking Group in 2004, for marketing technologists working across digital, data and direct marketing disciplines. The network has over 800 members and hosts regular events in London, New York and Sydney.

Bede graduated from Kingston University twice in the 1990s with a postgraduate diploma in Marketing and a few years later with an MA in Marketing.

Upgrade your professional skills with this annual series of masterclasses.

Kingston University Alumni Association, Kingston Entrepreneurs Society and Kingston Business School present a collaborative series of events aimed at students and alumni. The masterclasses will explore a variety of different areas, with the intention of developing skills and 'upgrading' everyone who attends.

As well as self-improvement, the masterclasses will provide a fantastic opportunity for students, alumni and industry professionals to network and share ideas; and Kingston University is a hive of ideas. We have produced the most graduate start-up companies of any higher education institution in the United Kingdom for the fifth year running!

This year's series will take place in Kingston and central London, and will also include networking opportunities.
