We invited young people living or studying in the Kingston area to submit a piece of art to mark the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp and help keep the memory of those killed in Holocaust alive.

Selected artworks were displayed during the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames' Holocaust Memorial Day on 1 February 2015, where prizes were awarded for the winning entries by deputy mayor of Kingston, Councillor Cathy Roberts.

The exhibition will now be mounted on public display at Kingston Museum.

A selection of items from the exhibition, together with information about Holocaust Memorial Day, will be on display in the Community Case near to the main entrance to the Museum.
