Please note: you only need to fill out this form if your visa expires before the date of your graduation ceremony. If your visa covers you for your graduation period, but you still wish to invite guests to your ceremony, you can download an invitation letter template (Word) that you can fill out yourself. Further information can be found in the FAQ section on the graduation website.
