In addition to the Penrhyn Road fitness centre, the Tolworth Court sports ground provides excellent facilities for outdoor sports and is used regularly by University teams and the local community.
As well as a pavilion with changing facilities, a cafe and a bar, the sports ground features pitches for rugby, American football, lacrosse, mini-soccer and six/seven-a-side football; cricket squares; courts for netball and tennis; and floodlit training areas.
Situated a short distance from Kingston town centre, the ground is close to Tolworth train station (Travelcard Zone 5) and a number of bus routes:
- 406 and 418 from Epsom and Ewell
- 613 from Sutton
- K2 from Norbiton to Hook
