The University's landmark Town House opened in early 2020 and won the prestigious 2021 Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Stirling prize. It provides performance, learning, exhibition and community spaces. It also houses the library which is open 24 hours a day during term time.
Penrhyn Road is central to Kingston town centre and easily accessible by public transport.
Kingston University provides a supportive, accessible and empowering environment for all students, staff and visitors. This campus has level access from Penrhyn Road and lift access to the library and teaching areas. There are accessible parking spaces for Blue Badge holders near to the main building.

Designed by RIBA Gold Medal-winning Grafton Architects, Town House provides modern study facilities including a library with more than 1,000 study spaces, flexible learning spaces, a covered courtyard, cafes, dance studios, roof-top gardens and attractive landscaping.

A project is underway to transform the main building of Kingston University's Penrhyn Road campus for students, staff and the wider community.
Approximately 4,000 square metres of the University's main campus is being refurbished to create new social, learning and collaboration spaces.
